Commission disposal
Many companies find it hard to get reliable information or functional products and materials that could make their way to the public or the market while on their way to disposal. Therefore, for years now we have been offering commission or customs disposal of various materials (memory media, documentation, archives, forged goods, expired goods, inadequate product batches, unused products).
Waste is disposed of according to established procedures, while these procedures can be adjusted according to customer’s desires.
When deliveries of waste (documents, materials, products) that demand controlled disposal arrive at SPPC Kemis Vrhnika, it is first verified whether the contents of the transport vehicle match the quantity and consistency described at loading. The vehicle is also weighed to check whether the weight matches the loading weight. After unloading the transport units are checked according to the documentation. Each unit (palette) is marked with internal labelling.
Waste to be disposed of is crushed in the waste crushing machine to prevent possible abuse. A representative of the customer’s company can be present during disposal, as long as health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to. If the representative is not present, control over disposal is assumed by our internal control team, or by waste recovery manager or their deputy.
The driver delivering the waste must issue the following documentation to the warehouse:
- Record sheet
- List of materials for disposal
After disposal or recovery records on the controlled recovery and disposal are made. The record sheet is completed and confirmed in the IS Waste database immediately after weighing and disposal.
